UX Designer

Our design team creates end-to-end user experience for our load matching service, Lodexo Desk. As a UX Designer, you will conduct user research, competitive analysis, and gather insights. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop product requirements, test concepts, and ensure continuous improvements in user experience.

Job Requirements:

• 3-4 years of professional hands-on ux design experience

• Well organized, excellent communicator, and keen sense of timeliness

• Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities

• Knowledge of load booking/dispatch practices in the logistics industry and hours of service regulations in North America​

Data Analyst

Data Analyst will be a key member of the Commerical team at Lodexo. This is a dynamic role supporting the entire organization with primarily responsible for data-driven decision making, including a variety of tasks from analyzing invoices, allocating costs to appropriate accounts/routes, recognizing unique patterns that require further investigations, and reporting to senior management. This position works closely with our operations team to ensure that that insights driven from data are being incorporated into our products.

Job Requirements:

• Experience completing complex data-driven analyses in a medium to large organization

• Proven experience implementing change and improving existing systems and processes

• Bachelors in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
